Wade Morrison began his career in advertising and design in 1990. He was quickly recognized for his talent and ability to conceptualize large-scale advertising campaigns in the automotive, high tech and hospitality industries. He rose to Creative Director and was responsible for executing regional advertising campaigns for 13 different markets with combined advertising budgets of over $23,000,000. He was responsible for creating strategic advertising campaigns, cultivating established brands, and executing direct response consumer marketing campaigns for local, regional, and national clients including Chevrolet, Burger King, Cadillac & Double Tree Hotels.
In the late 90' he began working with a large Ophthalmology practice in Denver who wanted to develop a marketing campaign for LASIK, the first of its kind in the market. Within weeks Wade’s advertising campaign was generating hundreds of new LASIK patients per month for the practice. At the same time, Wade’s wife who was severely nearsighted & had worn glasses since she was six years old decided to have LASIK surgery. She had incredible results achieving 20/20 vision that forever changed her life! Wade quickly realized how LASIK transformed his wife's vision and saw the potential growth of the budding refractive industry.
In 1998 he formed Lasik Advertising Network to service the marketing needs of private practice Ophthalmologists. Wade is credited as being one of the early pioneers of direct to consumer advertising for LASIK. He is largely recognized as the mastermind to apply broadcast commercial media and advertising to help build some of the largest refractive practices in the US. As the Ophthalmology industry progressed with elective services including Laser Cataract Surgery, Premium Lens, Aesthetics, etc. the company name was officially changed to Eyemax in 2012.
