Megan Mestas attended Iowa State University on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a degree in Advertising with a concentration in Marketing from the school of Journalism. She began her career in advertising at the internationally renowned agency of Saatchi & Saatchi at their Denver, Colorado office gaining experience in media planning and account management. Megan quickly advanced in the company taking on the responsibilities of assisting in the office’s largest clients.
Megan joined Eyemax in 2005 as an Account Manager. Eyemax’s clients quickly gained the benefit of her expertise in strategic marketing & media planning, strong understanding of brand positioning and advanced skill in advertising campaign development along with her organization and attention-to-detail. During her time at Eyemax Megan has brought success for our clients with effective marketing strategies, new-media campaigns and operation suggestions based on her comprehensive knowledge of the refractive industry. While managing her clients’ campaigns, growth strategies and internal operations, Megan now also oversees the marketing efforts for all of the Eyemax customers to ensure optimal, long-term revenue growth strategy. Megan is dedicated to not only helping Eyemax’s clients achieve results but is focused on providing the highest service as well.
Kelsey Vaughan
Account Manager
Kelsey attended The University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications. With over 6 years of knowledge and experience with client relations and account management she has helped clients reach goals and achieve results. She has been an Account Manager with Eyemax since 2012. As a millennial, you’ll find her enamored with the impact of social media and ways brands tell unique stories through those channels. Kelsey is a big picture creator but has learned the importance of strategic thinking with action. It is also her mission to inspire others with a positive attitude and flexibility, things she’s realized goes a long way in the workplace.
Lisa Chmura
Senior Practice Consultant
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Marketing and Finance, Investment and Banking. She was employed at a global mergers and acquisitions firm in Orange County, California for a number of years in the Marketing Department, specializing in direct marketing management. She moved on to Marketing Director at an ophthalmology practice in Southern California where, for 10 years, she was instrumental in growing the refractive side of the practice and helping the practice achieve the status of being one of the busiest LASIK centers in the United States. Lisa has been employed at Eyemax since 2007 as Senior Practice Consultant and greatly enjoys utilizing the skills and experience she obtained working in a LASIK practice to help her clients achieve growth and success. With 16 years experience specializing in ophthalmology marketing – on both the practice and the agency side – Lisa enjoys on-site consulting, staff training, advertising strategy and helping take her clients to the next level.
