Eyemax expands digital marketing services with acquisition of SearchIt Media

Eyemax, a proven leader in Ophthalmology Marketing and Consulting since 1998, has further expanded their digital marketing services with the acquisition of SearchIt Media.  Founded in 2006 by Jillyn Johnson, SearchIt Media has an excellent reputation in digital marketing services for both ophthalmologists & cosmetic surgeons.  “We’ve always had an excellent business relationship with Jillyn and the synergy of her and Katina Bingham’s digital marketing expertise made it a natural fit.  We’re excited to serve her ophthalmology clients under the Eyemax brand,” says Eyemax Founder & CEO, Wade Morrison.

With the acquisition, Eyemax will continue digital marketing services for industry leaders Berkeley Eye Center and Key-Whitman Eye Center, providing the same level of expertise they are accustomed to.  Eyemax is also pleased to name Katina Bingham, who has over 13 years experience in digital marketing, as Director of Digital Marketing for both Eyemax and SearchIt Media.

Moving forward the cosmetic surgery and aesthetic clients will continue to be serviced under the SearchIt Media brand along with Eyemax’s current portfolio of elite aesthetic practices.

“We’re excited to further expand and rebrand SearchIt Media to not only serve the digital marketing needs of cosmetic surgeons and aesthetic practices but also other patient-pay vertical markets within the healthcare industry.  Our team has been marketing cosmetic services for ophthalmology practices for the last ten years.  This will give us a fantastic platform to significantly expand our reach,” says Megan Mestas, COO & Director of Marketing.
